COURSE DESCRIPTION

Providers will watch and discuss the award winning documentary Resilience and then choose between two training sessions:
1. Using Communication to Build Strong Parent Provider Partnerships
Description: Providers will be introduced to key elements for building
relationships with families through communication and
why this is so important to authentic and sustainable
engagement.
OR

2. Culturally Agile Trauma Informed Care
Description: Providers will dig deeper into the concept of "trauma
informed care" -- learning how to apply a culturally agile lens
to the care they provide.
