COURSE DESCRIPTION

Participants will build on a foundation using developmental milestones to monitor children’s development. The use of screeners and the importance of communication with children’s families will be discussed. Participants will receive an overview of the early intervention process. Individualization and inclusion will be highlighted. Finally, participants will have the opportunity to develop their own special needs plan.
